Shipping information

Each NeedleForge sweatshirt is embroidered to order using your pet photo.

Production time
Please allow [5-7 working days] for us to create your custom order before dispatch. Production begins once we have received your order and a suitable photo and any customised instructions. If we need a clearer photo or further details, we’ll contact you before starting.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-4 working days within the UK. This is in addition to the production time above. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Dispatch and tracking
We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched. If your chosen delivery service includes tracking, your dispatch email will include the tracking details.

Delivery address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible at hello@needleforge.co.uk. We’ll confirm whether the change is still possible.

Delayed or damaged deliveries
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us at hello@needleforge.co.uk with your order number so we can help.
